Faulty or Damaged Goods All goods need to be checked thoroughly on receipt. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure on receipt that the goods are as ordered and are of satisfactory quality. In the event of any discrepancy whatsoever, please contact Customer Services within 3 days of arrival of the order. In the first instance, please contact our Customer Services with full details of the problem. We fully understand that problems do occasionally arise and we want to offer the best solution we can. To ensure the least amount of inconvenience to you, please contact us by email to sales@cc-interiors.net or telephone 0845 302 2981 (local rates apply) and let us know the details so that the matter can be dealt with immediately. Fabric: Fabric Usage Although we may make recommendations on usage, it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain suitability of the goods for any particular purpose. We will not accept any liability arising in respect of any loss or damage or deterioration in condition to any goods sold caused by usage, shrinkage, cleaning processes, atmospheric conditions or assembly, make-up and installation or general application. Before Cutting All orders are accepted, despatched and invoiced on the understanding that when received, the fabric will be carefully inspected prior to cutting. Whilst every effort is made to control and inspect each order to ensure you receive the fabric in the best possible condition, errors can be made, damage and creases can occur in transit. Once the fabric is cut, we are not able to accept return or any liability whatsoever. For details on returning items, see below. Returning Fabric Should you wish to return fabric, please contact our Customer Services. (We are unable to accept fabric that is of a length of less than 5m as a return.) On authorization, we will send a Returns Note detailing goods and terms of return with a Carriers Consignment Note. A standard handling charge of 20% plus the cost of return carriage or a minimum handling charge of £20.00, whichever is the greater will be made for the return of goods which meet the following criteria: With any return it is essential that the Returns Note is enclosed with the parcel and properly packed. We will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus shipping and delivery costs on faulty items. Returning Wallpaper Should you wish to return wallpaper, please contact our Customer Services on 0845 302 2981. We will advise the best procedure to follow for the order. Provided the wallpaper is returned unopened and in marketable condition we will be happy to offer a refund. We reserve the right to levy a handling charge of up to 20%. Made-to-Measure Items Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on any made-to-measure items. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that all measurements are clear and correct at the time of placing the order. We do understand that occasionally mistakes when ordering occur and where we can, we will endeavour to help with individual occurrences. Limit of Liability
All goods are supplied on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality, condition, description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods. |
