Where do you deliver?

Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands

Free Delivery

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over £100 (UK customers only).

How much does delivery cost?

For standard orders in the UK under £100, there is a flat rate fee of £7.50.

Next day delivery in the UK is available at £25 plus VAT per consignment (up to approx. 22kg per consignment)

How long does delivery take?

Stock items:  2 - 7 working days

Made-to-measure items: normally 10 - 14 working days (we will confirm at time of order)

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

Next Day Delivey

Available on fabric and wallpaper - depending on stock availability guaranteed before 12.00 noon following day.

This service is only available when orders are placed no later than 1pm on the previous day.

Please note: each consignment in an order is subject to the next day delivery fee (As a guide - 16 rolls of wallpaper plus  1 x 10kg tub adhesive would equal 1 consignement)

Poles and tracks - if the item ordered is available in stock, next day delivery is standard but cannot be guaranteed

Made-to-measure items are not available for next day delivery.

Do you always meet your delivery timescales?

Most of the time deliveries are as we advise at the time of order, but there will always be the odd occasion when something happens beyond our control. If we are aware that any delivery is delayed, we will advise as soon as possible.  If you have not received your goods within the time specified at time of order, please contact us on 0845 302 2981.

What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay delivery costs twice?

if you are advised of a delivery charge it is per order. If one of the items you ordered was not available to be sent at the same time, you would only pay one charge per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?

The carrier who is delivering your parcel will leave a card to advise that they have attempted to deliver. The card will give you details of a phone number to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
